We recognize that military veterans bring many transferrable skills to civilian employers. Skills such as discipline, reliability, adaptability, initiative, courage, problem-solving, and leadership make a valuable contribution to our business. We offer flexibility to employees who continue to serve in military roles, including military leave when they need time away from work for their duties.

We also recognize that veterans sometimes need support in their civilian lives. As part of our commitment to building strong communities, we offer assistance to veterans, both directly and indirectly, through a number of charitable organizations and local programs such as:
