Please note, TC Energy does not administer shareholder accounts directly and does not have access to shareholder account information.

If you have questions about, or would like to:

• Change your address
• Request information about dividend cheques, share certificates, stock transfers or the dividend reinvestment plan
• Resolve estate matters or transfer shares to another individual
• Retrieve account statements or confirmation of holdings
• Sell or purchase shares*

If you are a beneficial shareholder (your shares are held through a brokerage firm), any questions should be directed to your broker on all administrative matters. Beneficial shareholders would receive account statements or communication from their brokerage firm. If you would like to receive quarterly reports please write, call or email Computershare Investor Services, Inc. with your name and address.

If you are a registered shareholder (your shares are held through TC Energy’s Transfer Agent, Computershare), any questions should be directed to Computershare on all administrative matters. Registered shareholders would receive account statements or communication from Computershare.

How can I look up historical share prices?
