We’re back on campus—virtually! 2022 recruiting is now under way.

In May we welcomed close 300 students to TCE. To celebrate we sat down with Alisia, Ethan and Grant, a few of our newest Energy Problem Solvers.

On June 23, we celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED)! This day celebrates the amazing work that women engineers are doing around the world. This year’s theme is engineering heroes. We recognize INWED as part of our commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace.

For many post-secondary students, it’s easy to define success – a high grade point average (GPA) and a job offer after graduation. For some students, like Sandeep Sidhu, measuring success goes one step further and includes the experiences along the way that enrich our perspectives and build a well-rounded skillset.

Some of our amazing energy problem solvers have grown with us from students to leaders — innovating, developing new solutions, and pushing us forward as we transition to cleaner energy that also meets the world’s demand.
