Millennium Pipeline
Overview
Since entering service in 2008, the Millennium Pipeline has delivered natural gas, provided jobs and supported local economies throughout the state of New York. The 263-mile (424-km) pipeline is well-positioned to handle demand in the western part of the state, utilizing its link to domestically produced sources of supply.
TC Energy effectively owns 47.5 percent of the pipeline, jointly sponsored by subsidiaries of TC Energy, National Grid and DTE Energy.

How are we regulated?
The Millennium Pipeline is governed according to regulations outlined by the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). It is also subject to rules and regulations of the Department of Energy (DOE) administered by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
