Harbour Landing Construction

TC Energy will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the TransCanada Pipeline (TCPL) from approximately April 10 through July 27, 2023.  

Construction will take place in the Harbour Landing, Regina, Saskatchewan area. No road or area closures are to be expected during this time.  

Project maintenance will take into consideration any future developments in the area.
