We do this in two ways: outcomes-focused community investments, and support for our employees to give back to the causes they care about most.
As a purpose-driven company, our community investments are directed to organizations that are integral to our local communities and our business, and that can clearly articulate anticipated community impacts associated with their initiatives. Whether we are providing grants, awarding scholarships to future energy problem solvers, or providing in-kind support, our goal is to help build mutually beneficial relationships that address our biggest social challenges, while building strong communities.
