Infrastructure
that flexes
to the challenge...

Plus icon

TC Energy’s vast infrastructure is unrivalled in value - and unparalleled in flexibility. As the supply and demand sides of energy change, we will continue to meet the needs of our customers today while adapting for tomorrow. The North American Energy system we’ve built over the past 70 years is the foundation of our future. We are Energy Problem Solvers.

Lower Emissions
Energy that
meets demand

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is one lower-emissions way to keep communities powered up. But it takes a steady supply of natural gas to make LNG go. And that’s where TC Energy’s vast North American infrastructure comes in, by delivering natural gas to multiple coastal hubs, where it’s converted to LNG and dispatched to the places where it can meet critical demand.

Using
Pipelines
to Remove
Carbon

The goal of clean energy is to bring down emissions, right? Well, what if, along with renewable energy, we could capture the carbon dioxide released by other energy sources and safely move it to storage? That way, we can minimize CO2 emissions across the board and transition to cleaner energy sources in a more sustainable way. This is the kind of energy problem TC Energy is solving right now.

Creating
renewable
energy from
happy hour

Plus icon

What if happy hour helped create renewable energy? TC Energy is doing just that with a $29.3 million investment in a renewable natural gas (RNG) production facility near the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN. Once operational, the facility will capture a byproduct of the distilling process to generate methane gases. Those gasses will be recovered to produce pipeline-quality RNG that will be directly connected to a local natural gas utility.

Providing
Power to
Virginia

Plus icon

Virginia had a seemingly intractable energy problem. It needed to increase energy capacity while at the same time reducing emissions. TC Energy proposed a solution: the Virginia Electrification Project. It’s an expansion and reliability plan that helps avoid outages and saves emissions equivalent to 6,800 cars annually. Not only will it reduce emissions, but also help Virginia have more sustainable and reliable power.

Our commitment to better never ends. We are restlessly innovative.
