Use your energy for good

Our communities and those most vulnerable are in urgent need of our help.

At TC Energy, we’re using our energy for good to help provide critical support to the people, places and organizations impacted by COVID-19. To date, we’ve contributed over $2.6 million across North America. But we’re just getting started.

From May 5 - 19, our #BetterTogether campaign is matching donations from the public at 200% up to our goal of $500,000 to further support COVID-19 relief efforts across North America. Donate $5 and we’ll donate $10. Donate $100 and we’ll donate $200!

Together, we can make an even bigger impact in our communities.

How your donations help

When you make a donation to our #BetterTogether campaign, you increase food security for those struggling to make ends meet, provide support to those on the front lines, and help local organizations continue meeting the urgent needs of their communities.

Food security

Hunger doesn’t stop when a pandemic hits. That’s why now more than ever, we must prioritize food security for the most vulnerable. TC Energy has mobilized more than 180 members of our workforce to provide assistance to local food banks, seniors centers and soup kitchens in the communities where we live, work and operate. We’ve also selected Feeding America and Breakfast Clubs of Canada as recipients of a portion of the funds raised.

Stopping the spread

Containment, treatment and prevention are critical components of an effective COVID-19 response. By doing our part social distancing and staying home along with supporting the organizations and health workers responding to and providing relief on the front lines, we can help stop the spread. We're contributing funds raised to the CDC Foundation’s Coronavirus Emergency Response Fund, UNICEF Canada’s Coronavirus Relief Fund, and both the Mexican Red Cross and Unicef Mexico.

Local charities on the ground

While healthcare professionals and first responders across North America work countless hours to slow the spread of COVID-19, local charities strain to support those who are most vulnerable during this challenging time. A portion of the funds raised will go to United Way of Canada and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s COVID-19 Response to assist local organizations on the ground.
